• 1. It is designed to seal off the ports on the valve cover used by the air injection system (a.k.a smog pumps or AIS).

• 2. It is intended for closed course competition use only. Use of this product for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

• 3. The air induction system (AIS) burns the "unburned" exhaust gases by injecting fresh air (secondary air) into the exhaust port, reducing the emission of hydrocarbons.

• 4. Once this is capped off, the air injection system can be safely removed.

• 5. There are two reasons why you want to remove the air injection system from your bike.
  ***If you are using your motorcycle on a closed course (racing, track days, etc.), you will want to remove all unnecessary equipment from your bike for reduced weight and ease of maintenance.
  ***To get an accurate Air: Fuel (A/F) ratio when dynoing the bike. The air injection system pumps fresh air directly into the exhaust stream in order to burn off any unused fuel. Unfortunately by doing this the A/F ratio is thrown off by the extra "fresh air" in the exhaust stream. By removing the air injection system you can achieve an accurate A/F ratio. This is a "MUST" add on to achieve a proper air fuel ratio while using the Dynojet Power Commander Autotune setup.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. I we also make box with your logo and  design,or we design for your packing as your requirments  , but it need to meet quantity requirements or you can pay for the extra cost .

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos or videos of the products and packages, ( the pictures and videos of the production progress will supply durning the production).

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends  on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
